Which NÜM Nicotine Pouch Should You Order First? Picks by Flavor and Strength
NÜM nicotine pouches are for adults 21+ who already use nicotine.
Deciding on a first NÜM order comes down to two choices: the flavor you like and the strength that matches your usual nicotine intake. Here is how to pick, based on how each flavor is described on its product page.
Step 1: pick a flavor
| If you like... | Order | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Sharp, icy peppermint | Cool Mint | Bright, icy peppermint with a smooth finish; the everyday mint of the Ice Breaker Series |
| A softer, sweeter mint | Spearmint | A softer, sweeter mint than Cool Mint, from the Ice Breaker Series |
| Mint with a twist | Miami Mint | Mint with a tropical twist, also from the Ice Breaker Series |
| Fruit flavors | Pink Burst Line: Pink Lemonade, Frosé, Guava Glow | Sold out as of October 31, 2026; check each page for stock |

Step 2: pick a strength
| Strength | NÜM label | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| 6mg | Light | 6mg guide |
| 12mg | Medium | 12mg guide |
| 24mg | Strong | 24mg guide |
Choose the strength that matches your usual nicotine intake. If you're not sure, start lower. The strength guide and strength chart by brand show how the numbers compare.
