Strengths: 4, 6 and 8 vs 6, 12 and 24
Sesh+ offers 4mg, 6mg and 8mg, according to its own FAQ. NÜM offers 6mg, 12mg and 24mg on every flavor. The only shared figure is 6mg. Sesh+'s 4mg is lower than anything NÜM makes, and NÜM's 12mg and 24mg are above Sesh+'s 8mg top.
If you use Sesh+ 8mg and want something stronger, NÜM's 12mg is the next step up. If you use Sesh+ 4mg, NÜM's 6mg is the nearest option. Remember that pouch format also affects feel. See the strength chart, the strength chart by brand and the 6mg and 12mg guides.
Flavors
Sesh+ makes Mint (cool spearmint and sharp peppermint), Wintergreen, Mango, Raspberry Lemon, Cappuccino and an unflavored Clear. NÜM has two lines. The Ice Breaker Series is Cool Mint, Spearmint and Miami Mint. The Pink Burst Line is Pink Lemonade, Frosé and Guava Glow.
The closest matches are Sesh+ Raspberry Lemon beside NÜM Pink Lemonade (tart lemon, soft berry), and Sesh+ Mango beside NÜM Guava Glow (ripe pink guava) or Miami Mint, which adds a tropical twist to icy mint. Sesh+ has coffee-style Cappuccino, Wintergreen and an unflavored option that NÜM does not. NÜM splits mint into three separate flavors and adds Frosé, which Sesh+ does not have. Read the NÜM Flavor Guide and the fruit nicotine pouches guide for each NÜM flavor.
Format and feel
Sesh+ describes a slim format with moisture and mouthfeel enhancers, and its FAQ lists a gum base and MCT oil among the ingredients. It recommends up to 30 minutes per pouch. NÜM does not publish its pouch size or moisture on its site, so beyond what is on the can and product pages, the only way to compare feel is to try one can.
